We send him a schedule on a weekly basis and they haven't missed a beat as well as been very professional through it all. The communication, too, has been excellent. Mr. Jeremy communicated with me on several occasions prior to transporting my mother to my son’s wedding. Mr. Jeremy was on time picking her up and taking her back home. He let me know when he was in route both ways and was compassionate and respectful in meeting her needs. He had enough time to actually get me up to my floor onto the waiting room bc my family was held up with traffic. He was friendly and polite. Jeremy arrived in plenty of time to ensure we were able to get him safely loaded on the van and to arrive on time for the appointment. We had an excellent experience from Jeremy @Frontline. My father, who was in a wheelchair, said the ride was comfortable and he felt safe and secure with Jeremy. He was actually waiting for us when my father finished his appointment. A HUGE thank you to Jeremy Mcgilberry and his team! I live out of town and was in desperate need of a non-medical transport for my severely disabled brother in Augusta. After our first phone call, I felt comforted that he could assist me. He asked all the pertinent questions and assured me that he could help! WOW! The transport was smooth, easy, professional and on time! I will use him again and again. If you or any family or friends need a transport, Frontline Outreach is the one to call! Highly recommended. This company is faith based and really does have a heart for service! It is long overdue in the CSRA and surrounding areas. Give em a call!!

This is a wonderful organization to be involved with due to the nature of the services that they are trying to provide to this community. We have used them several times and up to this point they have always been on time has always been courteous and very easy to talk to. I like it because they do it as a Ministry and not as a job which is very important to me being a retired pastor. My wife is very satisfied with them and that speaks volume because she is very particular. Once you make an appointment Jeremy always follow up with you to ensure that you are aware of the fact that he has your appointment. Yes there is a small charge for the transportation however it is nowhere compared to what some of these other organizations charge. One other thing that I like about it is the executive director Jeremy is an active member in a local church and has a heart for people as far as I can see.
